The problem with smaller upper pulleys is that you need expensive accessories to get them to work.
1. A $150 puller made special for removing the supercharger snout pulley
2. Special upper idler bracket with larger idler pulleys to get better belt wrap and prevent slip.
It looks great when it's done, but it doesn't wind up being any cheaper than a good lower.
