Fun Event on Sunday - This will be my first time....
Hello !
On sunday there´s a event with 1/8 mile runs here in germany 100mls. away from my home.
Thats not a real track, but an road made for this day as a track.
There will be different classes. I would have to start in the highest one, that means more than 200 HP.
There are only smaller classes or the open class for "non-plated" vehicles.
I saw the results and the times from the Event on 2004.
The winner of the class I have to launch in droves a 9.05 sec. (1/8 mile) with a Honda (don´t know type).
I saw many (stock) times here on the website and now I think I have to show them some american muscle this day !
What do you think ?
My engine mods are:
MAC/Motoblue CAI 95 mm MASS AIR
C&L Trueflow Pipe
MAC Cat Back
(4# lower Pulley and TR6 not installed - watching for a tune)

My stock HD runs a 9.75 quarter in 100 degree heat and that has 40 hp less than a Lightning and weighs a lot more.
You will kill them in your modded L.
Don't forget though, the winner is the one who crosses the line first, not turns the fastest time.

From what I know this will be only one lane. You have to drive for a good time there..
