Post sceptics quarter mile times

ok, i have a confession to make. not saying anyone would stretch the truth alittle but i found some of these low et,s a little hard to believe.i mean ,4800 lb trucks running low 14 and high 13 is hard to believe.well BELIEVE IT!!! none of this we told you so please.i ran my truck today at the all ford race.i drove the truck myself and still am amazed.leaving at 1500 rpm i ran 13.957 at 99.64 mph.2.075 60foot time,9.01 eith mile at 79.75.i still pinch myself.this is bone stock ,no chip no nothing.thats just unbeleable!if i could get my scanner to work i would post the time slip.i still find it hard to believe.o yea, the race was good also.

In "good weather", that kind of time certainly is within the realm of possibility for a stock Lightning! Their performance, as we are all coming to realize more and more, is affected quite a bit by atmospheric data, and we've seen quite a bit of variance in their ET's.

Congrats on a great time!
