Name this part

Bought a Harley grill and the damn thing was so expensive ($325). I go to pick it up and they give me this huge box. It has the grill in there and the entire piece that goes around the grill and the headlights. It was paint to make. I need to know what that piece that goes around the grill/headlights is called so I can list it in the classified section. Anyone know how much that part goes for?
Thanks

some might refer to it as a valance, or just a grille.

I think the part number for the part is

AMPN 3312

If someone who has access could double check and maybe let me know what the retail price is would be great.
