I'm not sure if anyone decided where to meet at Milan Dragway on the 19th but to make things a little eaiser, why dont all of us who attend get some shoe polish and write F-150 on-line on our back window and our user name on our passanger side window. What time should we meet?

That's a great idea.
However, isn't the meet on 9/18?
The gates open at 1 PM. We should probably try to get there a bit earlier so we can stake out our area inside.

I was thinking the same thing the other day. Sounds like a great idea. I believe it was on the 18th, sat. On the 16th (thurs)there is the FME race at Milan. Anybody up for going to that one too?

I will be there, but I highly doubt I will be racing the Lightning, unless of course they allow me a 2 for 1 special. I need to run my Cobra a few more times, and screw with it a bit, so when you see a Lightning towing a Cobra, its me. Remember to bring a helmet just in case you dip below 13.9X!

As I think about this event, many questions come to mind. What do you guys think?
1. Are we going to name the event?
2. If we are what will the name be?
3. Is it lightnings only or mustangs also?
4. Is anyone bringing their wife, girlfriend, kids, ect...?
4. What kind of turnout is expected?
5. Is Milan Dragway aware?
6. Should we have everyone R.S.V.P. on-line?
7. Can we bring friends with lightnings if their not members?
8. Is this a shoot-out or a gathering?
9. What time?
Another possible idea- If the event is named, would anyone be interested in T-Shirts with the event name? I can have them made for around $10.00.
The event is the 18th.sorry.

Joe Mama, Go to "Events and Happenings" and you will see that this event has a name (and a T-Sirt maker who could use some help btw)
I believe you can bring other lightning owners. If they are not a member as of that day, they will probably want to join!

I think we will reconginze each other by our trucks! and if you start talking to a Ford truck owner, only to discover that he is not "one of us," ask him to join us!
I think some of us are also cooking out there, but no glass containers.
Milan IS aware of our(F150onliner's) comming on that day, and this is kinda a shoot out AND gathering.

You should check out the message board under Events and Happenings. There is a thread there called Southeast Michigan meet (or close to that). Cloaker99 has a T-shirt with the name of the event already figured out. I plan on bringing freinds. The gate opens at 1:00 p.m. and it sounds like we should get there a little early to stake out a section to hang out at. Hope to see alot of the group there.
