Unhappy Intercooler Pump Question

I installed a LFP Efan yesterday and with most of my installs, I did something stupid. I needed to pull my truck up on ramps to install the temp sensor and forgot I had removed the hose from the intercooler tank. Needless to say after I pulled up on the ramps there was coolant everywhere. Cleaned everything up and finished the install. With install complete, and everthing put back together, I started the engine and let it run up to operating temp to check fan operation. Truck ran for about ten to fifteen minutes. Then I remembered I had purged most of the coolant from the intercooler system! I refilled the system (took about 60 oz) and now the pump doesn't seem to be working as before. I can feel the pump running with my hand and it's moving coolant, but not like before. Before, I could look at the resevoir and I could see the coolant really moving but it wasn't constant. It seemed like the pump would "pulse" about every five seconds or so and it was really obvious when it did. Now, coolant is moving but not as fast and with no "pulse", it just seems to be a constant lower flow.

Does it sound like I ruined the pump or could it be a relay? Is there some way to test the pump? Dumbass thing to do I know, but please help.

Maybe she took a gulp of air? Put it back on ramps and run it with the cap off the I/C tank. See if it purges some air.

The PULSE was probably air embolism's and they will work their way out.
I'd only be concerned if it wasn't pumping anything at all.

I just flushed my IC system and had a bit ch of a time bleeding the air out when I was done. I had to pull the pump disch hose several times to bleed out air pockets before it would flow right.

It takes about 20 secs or something if the IAT2 temps are high enough. On a cold morning it'll take longer.

If it was pulsing before, it wasn't working right. Might've had some air in it. If you have constant fluid movement now and the level is right, I would just keep my eye on it.
