Post catalytic converters

boy, this will really bring some reaction but thats why we are here.has any one tried removing the catalytic converters to see how much they are affecting the performance of our trucks.but by all means be sure and put them back on.here we go!

I've never removed a cat, have replace a stock cat with a high flow, worked good, as far as flow is concerned. The heat sheilding has be tacked (welded) back together 2 times now, damn.
I know a lot people have some good result, but it's probably worth only 5-10 hp peak, and you may loss some low end torque/hp.

If your thinking about deleting the cats, call random tech, they make some very high flow cats. The lightnings burn so much gas, we don't need to dump emissions every where.

You could just change the rear diff. ;-)

i aint getting into the gear changing again.im putting 4.11 in it and if i dont like it i will take um back out.
