as everyone knows i sent my converter to PI for work. Well i just want to say their customer service rocks. The kept me up to date the entire way. called when they recieved it, called when the tech finished looking through it and went over what the problem(s) were and what happened, cost, called when finished and called the day before it was delivered to say it was shipped and will prob be delivered tomorrow. Excellent customer service. Also only charged labor to fix it. now if i only had an engine to attach it to lol

Consider me another very satisfied PI customer. My stock convertor to a crap after I did a blower switch. It was funny as the truck just fell on its face on the 1-2 shift. Never noticed it until I watched the video from the in truck camera
