Goin' to pick one up next week...dealer has three: 2 in black, 1 in white. So what is the best color? BTW, I`m new here, so I`d like to say a big 'thanks' to all of you, because just reading through all this has been very en-lightning.

The best color of course is WHITE!!!!!There don't seem to be as many and they're much easier to keep looking clean. It's the FAST color.

I have a red one, but if you have to choose black or white, I would get white. White is not 1/2 as hot as the black will be and white is alot more easy to keep clean.

I vote for white!

Red and White are fast, that's for sure. But BLACK is not only hot in the sun, it's HOT, HOT, HOT on the track - the hotest (i.e., FASTEST) of them all!

I just got a voice mail, from Jeff Kuhl @ MCREE Ford (281) 337-1529 in ****enson, Texas (about 25 miles S.E. of Houston. Jeff informed me he has his last one on the lot (a white one). I had made many calls to all the SVT Dealers here to fine the best deal possible and they all are still calling me.

Picked up my new Lightning today.......it`s black. Test drove a black one and a white one and found them to be equally quick, but the white one had a problem with wind noise around the drivers window. The black just seems a little more menacing, too. One thing`s for sure: This is one athletic truck.

 

i knew you'd make the right choice, people get out of your way, looks like "mad max" coming up on their tail , he didn't worry about washing his too much either
