What kind of gas mileage is everyone getting on their '99's? I average around 12 mpg in town and got a little over 14 (with cruise set on 85, however ) on a 300 mile interstate highway trip down to south Florida and back last week. Think I would have gotten a couple mpg more at a more reasonable speed, however.

WE got close to 15mph on interstate driving 85-90. Havent checked city mph yet.

 

15 MPG with cruise set @ around 80, 17 MPG with cruise set @ 65-75.

 

12.8 to 13.3 around town (with a few WOT's thrown in) and 17.3 on a 1500 mile trip (truck had 700 miles on it at the time). Averaged 68 MPH on the long trip.

I got 18 mpg on the highway on a recent long road-trip, I usually average 15 mpg when doing my regular daily drive mixture of city/highway.

Geez....I must be doing something wrong, I can't seem to break around 10 MPG or so on mixed city/hwy. I only have 1800 miles on it and have not been getting on it that much. I'll have to ask around work tommorrow for any suggestions......

I guess i have the best gas mileage report of the 99's. i got 22 mpg on the interstate running bout 75 or so. and i average about 14 to 16 in mixed driving conditions.

I've been averaging around 12 for the most part. I once got 13 on a tank! All mostly mixed hyway and city, some dragracing.

I haven't gotten below 13 MPG around town with a heavy foot or above 17 MPG on 300 mile trips averaging 75 MPH.
