I have a N.O.S. system on my 99'Lightning and have had great results on the street.
Soon I hope to take it to the Pomona drags
and get some accurate times. The G-Tech says
12.70 to 12.90 and 110 112 MPH. Dale (owner)
of N.O.S. will have kits ready by 9-1-99.
The kit is very easy to instal.N.O.S. can be reached at 714-545-0580

I already have a kit for my car.
Is it wet or dry?
I'm fairly versed in N20, so if you have info, I'm always glad to exchange Ideals.
What is your Shot.
PS I choose the lightning for it already stunning performance and the forged bottom end...

HI!... **** I was wondering if you know if N.O.S has a kit for a normal 5.4 F-150. I don't have a LIGHTNING but I would like to put a nos kit on my truck. Say somewhere between 50h.p to 75h.p. I don't wish to go much higher than that because my 5.4 only has hypertectic pistons and I don't want to push it too hard. I would prefer a dry set up. Any help would be great NEAL (the h.p freak)

I don't think they have a system, designed for it, but If you have a Fuel pressure regulator in the engine compartment (I pretty sure you do), I would recommend a dry kit.
I have a 5120 (dry kit) on my grand am, I jet to 70 hp on the street and 90HP at the track.
You probably can not use your superchips with the juice, but at that small level it may be possible without drama...
I may be able to help to choose a kit, if you need help, or I could find some "hardcore juicers" to help you out.
I looked at their kits, there are many you could use, at 100 hp, this would be a great daily drive shot. Wouldn't cause to much wear on the tranny.

Where did you mount the bottle? Is it a dry system and controlable from cab?

I don't have the truck yet, but the layout will be as follows:
I will mount the bottle, just in front of the drivers rear wheel (this avoides haveing to cross the exhaust, which is a nitrous line no-no)
I will get a remote opener, like 90$
If I plan to go to a larger shot than 125 HP I will get a progressive controler.

I just spoke with NOS 6:15PM tonight. Their kit will be a dry setup 125 or 150 hp and will be ready about the middle of September(this information is subject to change). In the mean time if you want to see some cool horsepower/torque numbers (no laughing gas here) go to http://www.seanhylandmotorsport.com. I spoke to the guys there this afternoon and their goal is to break into the 12's this weekend. Good luck Sean.
nitrous works, has a generic system for "fuel injected" vehicles, very simple to go wet or dry, you can adjust jetting from 50-200hp, i run the 200wet on my dodge, and ran 100dry on my 99.5, dry on lightning was good for about 1sec off 0-60.
