opinions on staggered wheel sizes

I tried this in the wheel and tire forum and didnt get any response, so i figured i would ask her since you guys are always very helpful. I am kind of kicking around the idea of buying some 22x10's for the front of my 2wd Expedition and 22x12's for the back, with probably a 285-35-22 up front and a 305-35-22(or a little wider if i can find it) out back. Just wondering if anyone has done this or has any input on this. My current wheel/tire setup is 22x9.5's all around on 285-35-22. I just dont like how the 9.5's dont fill the wheel well in the back, and i would like to get a little more rubber out back for when i build the lightning motor for it later this year.
here is a pic of my truck for those that need a visual

you would be able to fit a 305 on the 22x10s... you could probably go to a 315 or if you want to get crazy a 345 out back... i think its a good idea, you would have to do some measuring to make sure everything fits just right..

I run a 315-35-20's in the rear and 275-40-20's up front
Both are 28.6 overall diameter, but you have to run at least 10 inch rims with these tires.

It drives good with this combo, a little les wandering on uneven roads, but a little more sensitive around corners

Thanks for the input guys. I am in the process of taking a bunch of measurements. I know i can fit a 22x11, but if i did that i would always wonder if i could have gotten a 12 under there. I would love to get a 345 on the back for a tire but the problem is finding a 345-30-22, or a 345-25-22 ... i dont think they exist

just make sure the front and back tires are the same overall diamter, or your abs will do crazy things.

This is something i am stuck on right now. The 285-35-22 is stock height ( 30"), the 305-35-22 is 30.4". I need like a 325-30-22, that would be 30-30.2 in. but i dont think the size exists. Back to the drawing board.
