Lightbulb Possible help Lightning Problems

I have been in touch with the webmaster for www.blueovalnews.com and no, I don't know how to export the site to this posting.

I was reading his expose' on the current Cobra and Cobra R vehicles problems, which are in some ways similar to what we complain about.

They are down on horsepower, do not turn in 1/4 mile times and speeds as advertised, have niggling other problems and so on. Just like us in a way.

Anyhow, this fellow seems to be really pipelined in to Ford's people docemuntation etc.

I mentioned our board, our mutual concerns and so on and he has asked that those of you who wish to do so to visit the site and via their e-mail facility, document or discuss your concerns.

He will possibly open a channel on Lightnings only to see if we can get some answers.

I have done so, I leave it up to you guys and gals if you wish to.

Regards,

Bill Murray

Thumbs up

I have also e-mailed Blue Oval News with my concerns. At the time they hadn't gotten any other feedback. My letter appears in the July 19 YOUR WORD area. My major concern has been the piston slap issue. At this point Ford hasn't determined what the "fix" is yet.
