I recently order some billet parts and need help getting the old ones off. how do I get the black door sill plates off? Are they glued on or just popped into place. Also how does the lumbar **** come off? I cannot figure it out. Thanks for the help!

 

The door sills just pop off u really have to pull on them.

 

All billet parts are on now and looking great!
