Rob02, your saying push the lever down on the stopper and then push it all the way in the up position and tighten screws and leave the lever up in the air, off the stopper. another thing is when are you guys seeing your max boost. at wot i hit 10 then slowly climbs but i run out of road. when should i be seeing my 15 or so psi or does it have to build up to it

What rob is saying is losen both screws on the bypas. push it all the way down(the housig) and then tighten the housing down. THis will preload the bypass.

Im sure its not good but 16lbs boost and a 50 shot of nitrous isnt good for the stock block either

with the housing down that means the arm will be resting on the stopper, or just barely touching?

Of course max Boost will be at WOT.
But when you initially stab it, or go WOT, it's normal to hit an initial boost number and then see it climb a little more,
However
You should be seeing more than 10 @ WOT, amof you should be seeing that at the simple push of the pedal in 1st 2nd or 3rd, even if only 1/3 pedal.
I can catch 15 lbs of boost at @ 1/3 pedal at any giving time by simply stabing the pedal a little

As said, you should take some pictures of that area of your motor and let us see them. It's very easy to mix up some vac lines. You should also try to adjust the Acuator as we said and see what happens.
I would not put much thought on what happens without the boost by-pass, of what I'm told, KB's and other blowers dont even have them ???

Will this hurt a stock block with a #6 pulley? At 5500 feet mind you. So figure a #4. Thanks

I disconnected mine and actually it isnt that loud, but its whistling lightly just off idle. keeps it from ever dumping boost, and no problems. do you have a pulley or anything aftermarket that would make yours louder than mine? I'm basically stock.
