Boost bypass, Has anyone done this mod?
What advantage is there for doing this mod?
What disadvantage is there for doing this mod?
Does the tune have to be changed?
Is there any codes that will come up because of it?

less boost drop at certain circumstances (forgot which)

Lots have done this mod - stops blower dumping pressure between shifts under certain circumstances. However, not everyone thinks this is really advantageous thing to do. Do a "search" and you'll find various opinions and views as to whether this is worthwhile or not.

 

Simple.... just unplug it and you will never experience boost dump again. All of us have done this since 1999. Don't get snookered into the "T" this and spend $$$ on that crap - just unplug it and away you go.
