Sold the L Saturday

Yep, got rid of her. I really needed more room now that I'm in Washington with my kids.
Here's a pic of what I got to replace the L.

It's an '05 Sonic Blue Saleen S281 (yes it's a real Saleen). I got the 20" wheel and tire, and HID upgrades. It's not blown...yet
The dealer gave me $28,000 for the L with 15,400 miles on her (that's like $30,400 with the sales tax savings).
More pics in my album (link below).

Wow, that looks sweet Ive always like sonic blue. How fast is it compared to a stock GT or your L? And 28,000 for you L, that sounds like a pretty good deal to me. They must have someone who wants to buy an L pretty badly.

Very Nice. I love the Sonic Blue on the new Stangs. I just purchased an 05 GT Vert a few months ago and love it. Ford actually did something right for a change

Thanks everyone. I do love the Saleen. I had been looking at the GT Mustang and just fell in love with them. I drove by the dealer, saw the Saleen, and knew it was going to be my car. So I stopped in and drove away 3 hours later in my new ride.
I have to admit, the L was in perfect condition. It looked better when I sold it than when I bougt it. It had the whole Zaino treatment, Wet Okole covers and not a scratch/ding anywhere. The owner of the lot fell in love with the L and offered me more for the L than I expected to get.

Yep, still lovin' the mustang. There are times I really miss the L, but I'm happy.
