Valve Cover Gaskets

The right side valve cover gasket is leaking on my 01. Should I replace it with a stock gasket, or is there a better aftermarket alternative.

Just go stock. Cheaper, more readily available.

They were bad about leaking; you could always upgrade to Fords new design valve covers like these:

Maybe once this heat breaks. Man, it's brutal outside.

Casey, thanks for the link. Those the ones you had for sale on NLOC. I may have to bid on them.

Anyone know where to get some chromed valve covers - stock replacements?

I found the source of the oil leak, and it wasn't the valve cover. The PCV hose had blown off.
