Seems a bit harsh for a first offense. Maybe we can get in touch with Al-Quaeda and have him beheaded.
Geeze everyone.....I doubt the guy really even flipped anybody off, and even if he did, Viper owners are ***-hats anyway. So who cares. Are we worried that word may get out to the highly respected Viper community that a Lightning owner commited an atrocity...oh gawd forbid this happens...LOL.

WOW WOW first off i wouldnt flash the guy becasue the cop could have seen. which he would have ( he was pulled of into a street covered by bushes..saw him come out) it was after a bend...and i was loooking at the Geo and i think ill keep my lightning..sorr..oh yea and my life
