email tunes for predator
Sal(PSP) - A ton of Experience, Good Customer Service, Honesty...etc, Only downside is he is very busy, and you may have to wait for a callback at the end of the day.
James(RWTD) - Is getting easier to get a hold of. I emailed him the other night, and got a pretty quick response, He just got some employees to take some of the work load. Has great customer service. I like how is Forum is set up to request tunes, it was a great idea.
I'd say either one of those two. I haven't tryed anyone else.

I tried the mail order route and it was a waste of money and took forever. If you have to plan a weekend out of it get to a dyno. Every truck reacts different and my tunes were way off ( after almost a month wait). Then when I needed corrections there was no way to get a hold of the tuner.

another vote for JLP. I e-mailed him last night with a question at 10:30 PM MST and got a response in 10 minutes. To get a reply at 12:30 in the morning (his time zone) says something.
Same goes for Torrie at fordpartsnetwork.com I was getting replies to my questions on a Sunday!

I have made up my mind and I'll be going with RWTD. Should be making this happen the beginning of August. Hopefully I won't regret it. If it falls through JLP will be getting some business from me. Thanks for the recommendations.
