jlp service!
just bought a jlp forced air kit and the customer service was great. i have purchased parts from all three of the top lightning tuners and jlp has been the best. from this point i am a jlp customer.

i have had some problems with shipping from one vendor, and the other is really hard to get a hold of by phone or email. with jlp the lady i spoke to was very nice and very pro. she read my address back to me, advised me about different options that i had before i had to ask, and i had a chance to meet the jlp people at the ffw at bowling green last year and was very impressed. once again thanks jlp

JLP has redone 2 of my tunes to make me a happy customer. I have nothing but good things to say about his service.
Regarding other tuners, I also had great service from JDM when I first bought my pulley and chip from them at FFW in Ennis back in 02. Unfortunately, they did not do predator tunes when I replaced the Superchip.

I recently started working with JLP and so far I have had good conversations with him and he likes my products so I can't complain. 
Obviously not everyone loves the same vendors but any new buyers should keep an open mind and base their opinions off personal experiences. I'm sure there are a lot of good vendors out there but some people may just not like them for whatever reason but that doesn't make them bad as a whole. Look at die hard Ford and Chevy people. How can one person love something and the other hate it? I can't figure it out but then who cares what the other person likes. If someone is known to be a complete hack then that is another story.

I have used LFP, JLP, Sal, and JDM with nothing but good things to say about all of them. I know that sometimes I like to think I am the ONLY customer. 
But understand they are extrememly busy....especially in the summer.

I have allways known JL to go out of his way for people. Hell, he even helped me out with a boost-a-pump install over the phone while he was at the track racing. Good people and even if Mason doesnt say much, I like him too.

Thanx Guys we appreciate it! We can't please everybody thats for sure but we'll do our best..Sad part is when things don't go exactly the way some would like they want to run to these boards and try to cause doubts in peoples minds about us and others too.hey thats part of this buisness,and you have to learn to deal with it.and we understand that.But i would have to be honest i believe we have satisfied atleast 99% of our customers..And just because of a FEW! It dosn't change my love for these Lightnings/HD Trucks and AWSOME Owners! We @ JLP Don't claim to Have ALL The answers nor do we claim to Know it All!..But we do claim to be Honest and give 100% to try to help anybody with their issues. I spend countless hrs. on my cell phone @ all Hours of the night,weekends,ect....Helping those who have issues.And alot of them are not JLP Customers either! Some would have you believe i'm just money hungry.and i'm in this only for the $$..I wonder when was the last time they gave over $20,000.00 per year to charity,Lightning,HD,Cobra brothers&Sisters...Giving countless free parts,tunes,dyno sessions for clubs @ No charge.and supplying food drinks and a great atmosphere!(and thats just in the buisness Circle not my personal life).. Please don't take this as JL is Tooting his horn. because i'm not..Those who make these accusations without a doubt have never met me and no NOTHING about me personally!.. My wife Sue and I have always strived to be giving, friendly,Honest,and helpful To Everybody regardless of who's colors you fly..its just a shame how people will try to paint you as some kind of villian..When you know there a million miles from the truth!..I'm confident of this for every 1 JLP Basher there will be 10 JLP Supporters!..Looking back thru the years in this buisness i would say thats not a bad track record at all! Is there room for improvement? Of course there is,and we will strive to make improvements where there needed...I know this much too. You guys/Gals in the Lightning/HD World have been a Down right Blessing to myself and my wife.You guys have changed our lives forever! For the Good!.If i had the chance to go back and change all of this i wouldn't change a thing.Its been a Great Journey! Without The Lightning Community there would be no Johnny Lightning!..PERIODIts ALL of us together that make each other,not 1 person or truck!..When we all learn to get back to the true love of our trucks again..Like we had when we 1st purchased them..we wouldn't be looking for ways to run each other down, but will be looking for ways to help each other.and appreciate their ideas and there love for there truck.(No Matter what they have done to it).Like it or not were in this together no matter who's colors you fly..Don't get me wrong we will always try to beat the other guy on the track.Its in All of our Blood! and nothing wrong with it..But i think we all need to kinda kick back so to speak and look for ways to build up these forums and each other. When we are looking for ways to take a jab or tear down each other..Trust me on this 1 in the end we ALL Lose!

Your help has been much appreciated!! Don't let the hater's get you down, which I'm sure it isn't. There will alway's be the expert's that have the answer's after the fact. Hind sight is 20/20, and bench racer's are kings with it.
