Lower Pulley Question

Bought a used 2001 Lightning. How could I tell if it has a lower pulley on it? The reason I ask is I was driving it one day and hammered down on the pedal and the cold air from the AC got warm. I've just read on some forums the with the lower pulley it could cause this.

Thanks,
DHutch

i think you mean a lower pulley. and that would have nothing to do with your problem. if you do want to find out if you have a larger lower pulley, measure the diameter of the lower pulley on the motor. also if your factory boost gauge goes past 10 under full throttle there is a good chance you have one.

the a/c compressor will turn off under full throttle.
