Predator & shift points

If I lower the WOT up-shift points using the predator, will it prevent the truck from downshifting on the dyno?

I know that tuners can remove the downshift feature, but it would be nice if I didn't have to bother my tuner every time I wanted to run on the dyno. I was thinking that the truck won't downshift if the truck was above the upshift RPM.

I upped my shift points, and still had issues once it was on the dyno...tuner had to remove the downshift to get it to act right.

Did you try lowering your shift points?

If I remember correctly, he did...but it wasnt till he removed the downshift feature altogether that the truck quit hopping on the dyno. It's been awhile, so I may be incorrect - but I remember having no issues at all once it was removed.
