Not cutting you up on the mirrors, just making an observation, but to me, the smaller mirrors look disproportianl to the rest of the truck...

Kinda like those handicapped people who have normal sized bodies, but little stubs for arms...

Gary...thanks for the compliments.

The mirrors actually took a little getting used to...still getting used to them. They are smaller. But do like the sleek look

Johnathan....yes....I have more pics. Here you go.....

When and where is Slam Fest this year? Is it going to be at the Fair Grounds again? I would like to go...yes. Where has your truck been TampaBlack99? Haven't seen it around.

It's amazing what a pair of aftermarket mirrors do for the looks of the Lightning; hate those BIG bicycle/Mickey Mouse stock mirrors.

Mine:

They are **** mirrors.

Both those mirrors are too small for our trucks, they do look great on Civics thou.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. Maybe its just a matter of opinion. I think the stock mirrors are hideous, especially the 99 ones that arent even painted, just plain black cheap ford plastic.

In some pictures they do look really small, but in person they are completly normal looking and proportional.

The stock mirrors are way too big (probably for towing) for a sports truck. But we get used to seeing them, so anything smaller looks odd. Especially on a white truck.

The SS mirrors are a touch too small, but better than stock. Should be way more aero (although I doubt the top speed difference is even measurable).

I managed to smash one of my stockers and bought some SSs to replace them (cheaper than the stockers).

I can tell you guys first hand that his truck is sweet! That new pollished blower and plenium all comes together very nice.

Hey Chad you need to post some better pictures of the powder coated traction bars. Man those look bad ***!

I have a set of those mirrors at home. They came on my truck when i bought it and quickly put the factory ones back on. Some say they look like dumbo ears but those little mirrors look kinda gay IMO. I have a set of the non-electric painted true blue mirrors like that if anyone is interested in them. Nice truck BTW
