Is there a way to remove the grill shell from an 03 lighting w/o cutting the fake screws/clips connected to the quarter panels and then to black rubber that runs behind the bumper.

 

those plastic screws are absolute crap. i had to cut a few of mine to get them out.

 

If I cut them will my bumper fall off later

 

Some can be pried out but others usually need to be cut. No big deal, the local auto parts store had them in packs for a couple bucks, I just cut them and then replaced them with new ones. MUCH faster and easier than trying to remove them.
