Question

Hey guys, I havent posted in a LONG time, but I sold my 97 Camaro SS and now Im in the market for a new Ford F350 work truck. Can you please explain to me these plans and how they work? Isnt there 3 plans, A, X, and Z or something like that? Can you describe each and which one is the best deal? My local Ford dealer told me they would order me a new 2006 F350 exactly how I want it and sell it to me for invoice when it comes in, less any rebates or incentives that are available AT THE TIME the truck comes in. Is this a good deal? Is that like getting A, X, Z plan or close? Any thoughts are much appreciated, Im about to put this new truck on order, I need it before winter! Mike

Biggest discount is A Plan or D Plan - same as "Family Plan currently available to everyone on 2005's without a PIN #, this discount is normally only available to Ford employees and their families, or Ford dealership employees.

X-plan is like 3 or 4% less of a discount and is normally available to Ford suppliers or employees of large corporations who have an agreement worked out with Ford.

Either requires registration with Ford through an "authorized agent" to submit your information to obtain a PIN # to be attached to the deal. The Pin #'s are only good for a short time, so don't ask for one until you are about ready to buy.

Hope this helps.

For the rest of you.

I NEED AN X-PLAN PIN RIGHT NOW IF ANY ONE HAS ONE.

Lightning Bob

Anybody have X plan pins available now? My neighbor has found the car and a dealer willing to sell at Xplan, but really need the PIN ASAP. Understand what info is needed and will have him email directly to any of you who have one?

Sorry to be in a rush, this kid just had his raise come through and found car and dealer. Finance & Ins. ready to go, too!

Would really appreciate the help!

Suavy, thanks for reply and offer. Got the dealer to find a xplan pin for him! He's thrilled with his red V6 Pony. I drove it and really liked it so much I want a GT vert. Not selling L, but adv. my other car and hopefully will get a good price. Dealer offered to order me a GT premium vert at Xplan. So wish me luck selling my car. If there is a prob with dealer coming up with xplan, how long would it take, after submitting proper info, to get a PIN?

Thanks for your help to all on this board!

Send me your info again and I will see what I can do I only have 4 and will not be doing the sponsoring thing this year.
Ford will be cutting their Salary force this month so I'm not sure I will have a job.

Note to Lightning Brothers and sisters I will give the 4 that I have out. I ask only that you are going to buy this month. You all would not believe how many people requested and did not use them.
God Bless,

Suavy

Dear Lightning Brothers & Sisters, I am working through my Plant officials as we speak. They are trying to get me set up with a direct contact for the X-plan program. If we are successful I will have unlimited X-plans and will be able to help everyone like last year. We were able to sponsor over $3,000,000. worth of X-plans sales last year.

I would like to take this moment and thank everyone who purchased a Ford last year and I pray that you all will continue to support Ford during these trying times.

God Bless,

Suavy
