My upper pulley is making a horrible rattling noise lately, like rocks rattling in a tin can... When I spray the center bolt with WD-40, it'll quiet down for a few min, then start back up.... are the bearings bad? Or does it use bearings?

I'm kinda scared to drive the truck till I get it figured out...
