What is going on with my overdrive?

The other day while driving I slowed down to cross the railroad tracks. When I went to speed up it was as if my L was in neutral. It would not speed up. I pushed the overdrive button and it went in gear. As I went up threw the gears I needed overdrive because the speed limit was 75. So I pushed the button and it went into overdrive just fine. Since then this happens every time I slow down enough for it to come out of overdrive. Today while driving on highway I pushed the overdrive button at about 65. The truck started shuttering and made some sort of deep grinding noise from underneath. Im not sure from were. I quickly took it out of overdrive. Then it was fine. A week ago I put 4.10 gears in it. Does anybody know whats going on? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Reload your tune back into the truck if you are using a flash tuner (like Predator).

My truck recently started acting up when downshifting from OD to third gear, jumping back and forth rapidly between the two, as if the truck could not make up its mind what gear it wanted to be in.
