What is better for a stock Tranny?

Hey guys, curious, behind a built motor, what would be easier or better for a stock transmissions life, the stock converter or an aftermarket hi stall converter?

I would think that a lower stall converter would be easier. High stall converters tend to have higher torque multipication factors and would put higher loads into the trans.
