Need some advice on a Predator reset after firmware flash

My brother got a little overzealous while waiting on me to return from my consulting job and flashed the firmware in the Predator to the latest version, in order to look at the new OBDII logging values avalible. While that in itself is not a big issue, at the time the Predator was "married" to my Lightning, and it appears that my custom tune held in the Predator was dropped during the flash process. Now, even after uploading the custom tune to the handheld, the unit will not flash the ECU (Illegal flash, vehicle has been reprogramed by another unit). I know some people have experienced this condition before, I was hoping that someone could provide a little insight as to a proceedure to get the stock program back in the ECU to "remarry" the Predator, or to resync the Predator to the vehicle. I've already contacted Diablo tech support on this matter twice with no response. If you've been through this, and assisted by Diablo, please advise on how to correct this issue!

Thanks!

You will need to force your original backup into the vehicle. You will need a reset code from Diablo in order to do that. To get the reset code, you'll need a key code out of the Predator first. Go into Troublshooting, then select Restore Original Backup. Choose "force". It with then give you a key code. Call Diablo with that code, or give it to me, and I'll get you your reset code. Once you get the reset code, enter it and it will flash you back to stock. Then just go about the custom tune process as normal.

The key is:

9097 E5FA 73E0 A898 51A9

I noticed that a new key is generated every time... Hopefuly it's just a hash of the master key.

Thanks!
