Talking Stereo finished! Couple pics...

Took me about 4 weeks of having my truck apart but I'm finally done. Only had time to work on it in the evenings and rainy days because I was helping my brother with seeding on our farm. Sound deadening material is B-Quiet Extreme, it took me 100 sq. feet of it to do the whole truck (besides the roof) and a second layer on the floor. I installed Kicker 8" midbass woofers and Clarion tweeters in the doors. I also put a set of 5.25" Phoenix Gold components in Q-form kick panels (which I had reinforced at the local boddy shop because they're way too flimsy). My girlfriend and I designed and built the box with the little woodworking knowledge we have and it turned out pretty good, the five Image Dynamics IDQ10's was an idea I picked up from RTKILLA and I'm very happy with the way they perform. I got the amp off E-bay, it's a US Amps USA-400 pushing roughly 1500 watts RMS. The other amp you see is an old-school Phoenix Gold MQ-430 to power the front stage. I've also added a Sirius satellite radio which I really enjoy. Cheers guys![IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG]

The sound is incredible, bass is tight, crisp and there's enough to satisfy almost anyone. The subs are 10" Image Dynamics, model #IDQ10.

Do you have to wear hearing protection with all that stuff? (remember 85 decible's 1 protection, 105 2. I guess you'll need 4 or 5!) Look's really nice, clean install!!

Looks good. BTW, did you seal off the vents at the rear of the cab?
