Steve A $$HOLE,

This was done at a private event that MMFF had on Monday at Raceway Park. Not some top secret event with no one there. We know that there is no love lost between you and JDM, so stay the ***** out of this post. You're only proving how much of a two year old you really are!!!!!

Congrats on that awesome display of power Kevin, maybe oneday you will be in attendance or behind the wheel of your own truck when it runs a record time.

BTW, Crazyoldman asked, not me.

Steve Arceci

*edit*

After careful consideration of my above post, I decided to add to it.

Also, after being called an a$$hole by Kevin, I decided I am within my rights to retort. I have never called anyone names on this board.

Whip,

I own a gen1 Lightning, it has never run a ten or a nine, but it is in the shop and has been for over a year getting alot done to it when the money allows. If you dont believe me, call autofab in columbus Ohio. I hope it runs a nine when I get it back, hence the name.

Kevin,

Lets put this in perspective shall we? step back for a minute and read this carefully...

Charlie runs a number, he posts the slip. Ralph runs an eight and posts not only the slip, but a video of it as well.
Not only do they post slips and video, they also inform us of the 1/8th mile et and mph, something that wasnt done in your case. If you dont know, the 1/8th is a great indicator of how well the truck is making power and what kind of run your on, so why no info like that?

Also *gloves off*, I said nothing negative about JDM in this post, sure I could talk about how they had my boy Penno's gen1 up there for two months and couldnt or wouldnt tune it, but I didnt. I just put up two devil heads and you got pissed and called me an *******, so with that said here is my opinion;

Letting them run your truck all around the country for two years because you dont have the money to pay your bill, and when you do get it back, it gets hurt and needs yet another motor (what is that, four or five now?) is sorrowful at best.

Get the keys from JDM and race it yourself sometime where everyone can see.

And maybe oneday, Ahole, you will show at an event and prove that you really do own a ninsecondlightning! Oh, have you ever posted one of your timeslips as you are repeatedly asked to do? Crawl back into your hole, worm!

Will someone pleae ban this guy? He has nothing positive to add to the boards, and feels the urge to degrade every positive post made about JDM or a JDM customer/product.

Steve Arceci....

Not many, if any, know who you are. Go figure. You seem to know a little of me, except for the fact that I had the fastest times in my truck for about 18 months, up until just three days ago after the NX kit was installed and dyno'd for a bigger shot. Remember it's being tested. I asked Jim to set it up so I would not have any track issues using the gas for my first runs with it on. If you got anything out of this post it should be that there is alot more room for improvment. This is the first time out with the combination as it now sits. Cooler temps, much better air quality, pulley changes and tuning adjustments will all happen and YES I will be driving.

BTW,

I know who asked the question, you put pom-poms in hand and gave your usual Anti-JDM cheer

Maybe one day you'll come out and introduce yourself and people who support JDM will not think you're just an A$$hat.

Steve,

Your added section to your above post shows just how little you know. There has never been a time when I could not pay my bill to JDM. I asked him to take my truck and run FFW, and the agreement between him and I is none of your business. Your nowhere even close in that rendition above. Get over it. As far as the motor goes, it is # 2. Get your facts straight before you post. Your a waste of time with a huge grudge that you want corrected. I can't make that happen.

Have a nice day, and don't forget your medication time.

Steve A.,

Kevin has piloted his truck to its fastest time without the Nitrous which is a 10.6. He had brought the truck back up here for a nitrous tune, so I tuned it. We were talking on the phone and I told him I would like to track test it. So I had the motor out of my truck and he told me to take his truck to Cordova, like he has many times in the past. The facts are I was runner up twice with his truck at FFW's and I won the first Lightning Fest in the Pro Lighting class with his truck. His truck has always ran strong and made good power. Modular motor shoot out in Columbus, OH the altitude there was about 4700 Ft and the truck ran a string of 10.8's just on motor. Since you are interested in the ET's I'll invite you to come to the track with me this weekend and you can watch it run for yourself. You dont have to be so negative on other board members about their accomplishments. The fact is Kevin is a good friend of mine, he has never owed JDM any money, he has always paid his bills, and whenever my truck was down he has even offered to bring his truck up from Maryland for me to use it in some far away state. If anything I owe him! So Steve stop all your talking call me tommorow at the shop this way I can finally get to know who you are and you can get to watch the truck run in person. Its not that hard to put one of these full weight trucks into the 9's, I am just comfortable with the amount of power we are adding to them slowly. You have to remeber not everybody wants to take their daily driver or their weekend driver and turn it into a flat out, de-weighted race vehicle that in two years from now the truck will only be worth $1,000.

Call me!

Kevin,

Dont let this guy get under your skin, your better than that.
