Loud squeal when wet outside?

Before anyone posts, I did do a search and did find something but it wasn't helpful.

Heres my problem:
My engine squeals whenever I start my L from cold, usually in the morning. I thought it was the S/C belt but I recently replaced that about 5 months ago with a GatorBack. I notice it only does it whenever it rains and its wet outside.

Anyone have any idea what I can do or what is causing the problem? Thanks.

I know this sounds obvious, but did you check the other belt?

I also have had old belts slip in humid weather. Not loudly, but just enough to be noticeable. Like it was said above, try the other belt, and consider using the non-gatorback style since it has more contact-to-surface area.
