I just did mine and it took about 1 hour with the drivers side bein the worst of the 2,. just have to remove all the little crap in the way to make life easy.

Cool, I've been cross-referenced!! 
The job probably takes less time than it took me to write that up.
I don't realy have a gauge for the time on the injectors alone as it has alway been part of a 'more ambitious' project.
