newbie 02 Lightning mods

Looking for a little advice.

I put on a +4lb JDM Pulley last weekend and a Borla catback. This weekend im installing a AirRaid CAI, and mabye the rest of my exhaust and a single tune superchip. It dosen't have the sound i expected so im looking to get rid of the cats, which system shoud i go with? Jegs has a straight downpipe system made by ATR. Anyone have any experience with ATR, or have any other recommendations?

Thanks,
John

I have the bassani O.R. mid pipes. I would say to you that it gets VERY loud. Just make sure that's what your wanting...

Welcome!

My recommendation is to leave the cats alone. Cars today pollute the air about ten times less than a decade or two ago. This is in no small part due to the cats. You can actually see through the air in Los Angeles now.

Unless this is a track-only truck, it's not a very socially responsible thing to do.

Thanks everyone, im going with the ATR Performance Lightning SVT Exhaust Downpipe from Jegs. Its all stainless and 100 bucks less than the Bassani, with 02 holes, brackets ect... Plus its right down the street, i can go just pick it up.
