Sorry not always easy to get a lot of good shots, so much going on....

Basically what it came down to today was, waiting on a huge line
to get in the track. Then waiting on the Tech line for a good hour
to two, got there at before 8, now it's already 10 and I find out
I cant make a pass to at least 5:PM (I WAS NOT HAPPY BOUT THAT,
"NO ONE WAS") Most were signed up for TT and QF. (I was signed
up for Quick Ford only) LA and the others got to make 9 hundred
passes in the Street Class (I DEF decided my next slicks need to
be DOT) and Tuff Truck got a pass in @ 10:45 I believe it was ???

So we wait, and wait, and wait, and wait.....
We again find out Quick Ford will def not get any passes to after 5,
I needed to leave by then, (I had 24 hours of freedom and time was
a wasting) V worked it out that I could upgrade from QF to TT.
They only had 1 pass left to make today, but after all I've done I needed a pass,
so WTF it cost me a hundred bucks to make one pass.

Since it was the first pass on this motor, and I truly had no clue how the
truck would go down the 1320 the first time, I simply COULD NOT even consider going for a #.
But I did need to test the Race Tested Plate
so I can get it back to Denny for final production.
I put 100 HP jets in, set the system to delay for 2.0, then sprayed fuel
before N20, only pulsed it @ 80 %, had the max flow set to 95%, so thats
really 75 HP, BUT I completly shut the system down after 8 seconds.
Being I delayed it for the first two seconds, I only used n20 for 6 seconds total, and only @75 HP.

Truck launced awesome on the converter, HATS OFF TO G MAN / FT.
But many had hooking problems today so all I got was a 1.72
(not great, but for the 1st time using a stall Converter, I'll take it : o )
N20 came in and WAM I was pinned, system worked flawless as usual,
truck ran great, strong, and steady. The new Motor sounds great screaming down the track,
and feels niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice, WOO HOO, (there is nothing like a launch) The Mag was def pulling and screaming,
all seemed awesome, but then all of a sudden my 6 sec's was up and WAM the n20 system shut down
and the truck was now on a 12 degree pig rich program and
it fell on it's face and I ran a crappy 11.97 at a terrible 111.53 MPH

I really cant complain, considering I've never ran the n20 so minimum,
and we found my Batt red dot on, and I could not use the heater for
1 single second $&%@#$(%@$(%@$(^%@$
I basically ran what I've been running, with 25 % less N20, for
1/2 the time. There is no doubt if I had other passes, I would have
stepped the n20 up as much as and added 75 HP more, and let it go
100% the whole run, (thats what I did last year)

Great time, great people, great memories,
BUT unfortunately NOT the day for test and tuning.
However I got some good info to bring back to Sal, and there is no doubt
in my mind next time out I will be 11.5 or better.

It was nice seeing everyone again and meeting new people. I got to drive Don's truck yesterday and almost got him kicked out of Etown for doing 100mph passes in the parking lot.... oops. Thanks Don!

Spoke to Jim last night on the phone when I got home last night.....9:30ish
He told me all yesterday's run's where on the 93 octane street tune. The truck was running 11.5's, which is exactlly what I want since Iam cageless.
Don't know if Iam happiest about my truck, or that Mark Martin won last night
Sunday morning, will be a test and tune, so that will be the time to see if the ole MagnumPowers Blower has a 10 in it

Once all that is shook out, the RaceTested System that sitting on my Living Room floor will find a place under the hood.......All I got is time.

Looks like a lot of fun, I'm pissed off I missed it. DanSS2471 and I were going to go down with our trucks. With all of the problems I had with mine with the Xcalibrator wiping the PCM out and his cats rattling around in his new HD, we bagged it. Would have been fun to just hang out though
