SS Bolt Sources?

Anybody have a line a good quality socket head SS bolts? I'm looking specifically for replacement bolts for the lower blower pulley. I understand that they are M10x1.5x25 and I'll need three plus the lock washers.

Thanks,
Herb

I have some with a Nylok locking patch. Also matching flat washers.

Do you know what alloy or grade they are? Most fasteners I've used in SS are 18-8 or 316, which are about on par with Grade 2 bolts. I was hoping that I might learn of an alloy I've not used yet, that would have better tensile strength - maybe on par with Grade 8. I'm a bit concerned about shearing the bolts in the balancer.

I may just wind up with some new 12.9 grade black oxide finished ones and paint them (I HATE rusting bolt heads).

Thanks,
Herb

Local Hardware Stores

Many of your local hardware stores, whether it's Do it Best, True Value, or Ace should be able to get you what you need. I own a True Value store and we used to deal with Hillman Fastener Group, now I deal with Midwest Fasteners. Alot of the stuff you can buy in quantities of 5's or 10's. They may even have it right in stock and you can buy it singles.
