Who knows of a good glass guy in NJ

Cause i need a new windshield.

I was driving down the GSP on Thursday, and a rock was kicked up from the car in front of me and now i have a 14" crack across the passenger side.

It's getting longer every day, and it'll be only a matter of time before it reaches the drivers side.

I'm looking for a reliable installer, who does good work, while not raping me at the same time.

tia..

I just had mine replaced on Tuesday, same type of crack you describe. In florida my insurance covers it 100% with no deductible. The guy came to my house and I watched the whole thing. The F150's are very simple he said and it only took him about an hour to do the replacement, he used a "car lite" windshield that was identical to the original one that came out of the truck. My copy of the invoice he gave me said the insurance company was being billed $357.00 for the job.

I go to Pro Auto Glass Inc, in Middlesex, NJ. Have had 3 windows on various cars replaced by them and no issues.

not to hijack this thread, but

Bob Tomkins,

What type of drop do you have on your L.

To keep this on topic, when the windsheild was replaced, did you get one with the tint on the top part of the windshield? Considering the 03/4's were deleted.
