Stock gears from a 99/00 Lighting? What to do with them?

I was cleaning out my shed the other day and found my stock 3:55's from my 00 Lightning. Is there anything I can or should do with these gears? Do they fit into any other Ford cars? Are they worth anything?

Thanks

John

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question, John, but I gotta tell 'ya, "You da man!" A '93 Mustang Cobra, a Gen I Lightning, and both versions of the Gen II L. SVT is loving you!

I do have a question, however. Since you've owned both, how much better does your '04 L feel in comparison to your '00? I know it has 20 more stock hp and lower rear end gearing (higher numerically) but how much difference do these items really make?

And, assuming your '00 had a chip and an aftermarket air filter/intake system that more than made up for the 20 hp advertised difference, how much difference would the lower rear end gearing by itself make?

Thanks,
Mike
