A great tune + the right combo of parts =

***EDIT*** video added at the bottom of this post!!!

528rwhp / 620rwtq SAE @ 20-21psi on a stock block!!

Well I drove over to Mobile, AL today to see RWTD's new facility and put my KB to the test on James's brand new dyno jet. I spent about three hours on the dyno today and we made 4 pulls over that time. James really took his time and nailed the tune with 4 pulls. I am VERY happy with tune and the service I recieved from him, His new facility is going to be awesome when its all done.

Here are the results, I will be posting the graphs tommorro as I have to get them scanned and I also made a video that I have to edit then upload so I should have it up tommorro.

Pull #1

(James email tune ) 511/606 SAE low 11's A/F ratio and 15degrees of timing, 93 octane.

Pull # 2

516/613 SAE with the A/F in the high 11's. 15degrees of timing, 93 octane.

Pull # 3

515/616 SAE A/F in the high 11's. 15degrees of timing, 93 octane. the dyno was set at 10% load on the drums.

Pull # 4 A/F in the mid 11's, 18degrees of timing, torco in the tank to raise the octane.

SAE -

528rwhp / 620trq

STD -

541rwhp / 635trq

Uncorrected -

532rwhp / 625trq

Needless to say I am happy as a pig in ****!!!!!

Very nice Bob; took out my old stock block #ers of 514/603 SAE pretty good. Maybe the C&L upper intake made a difference, or a little more timing.

Hank I got you mail but I been tied up with editing this video. The truck will run a tad bit leaner with the long tubes but I would think it wont be enough to really affect things. I would get it to a dyno to be sure.

The Wideband is from a company called FJO.

The wideband retail kit #KWB0221 (green display) is $465.00 but you need the sensor to make it all work. The sensor is part# SO20001

You can get all the info here----->

http://wideband.jaxracing.com/index.html

Bob

PS. I am not affiliated with that site or company but it is where I got mine. That wideband has been in 3 diffent vehicle's over 3 years and its been dead on the money accurate.
