aftermarket cam gear help

i was in the process of installing my new crower stage 2 cams. i installed the new cam gears and there is alot of play in the gears even with the bolts installed the gears slide about 3/4 of an inch in and out. this doesn't seem normal to me is there a spacer I'm missing. any info would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
Victor

Yes there is a spacer needed on each cam. I do not have the numbers, you will need to do a search.
