How to find build #

I bought a used '02 Lightning, and have not yet received the title form my bank....I was wondering how to find the build #/date.... Is ther another way, perhaps by running the VIN?

Take your VIN and call 1-800-FORD-SVT ... or is it 1-800-SVT-FORD ???
ONE of them works ... they can get you build number.
