I was looking at that myself. End of the year.

Hey guys. Thanks for all the positive feedback. It took a while to find what I was looking for. I had to compromise a little ; but, it turned out nicely. The price was right, too. How many times do you get what you want, or better, and pay less than expected. Brakes are gonna tear me a new one though.

Looks nice!

I had those on my Harley right before I got rid of it. I had the Six spoke ones on my Expy!

Eagle makes nice wheels... Decent price to...

At 20x8.5, they are too skinny for me. These are 22x9.5. I'd have gone 20s if they were wider. 20x10 would have been perfect.

So how do you like these bad boys after driving around with them the past week?
Also what kind of lugs did you go with, can you use the stockers with a nice set of locking lugs also?
Like they asked before, hows the performance difference?

sorry for all the Q's but i'm about to order the same ones soon

Love the wheels and the tires. Great ride. Lugs are 2 inch long hexes with four lockers. They came with the wheel package.

There's not been a noticeable difference in performance. I'm making 450 rwhp; so, there's not going to be that noticeable of a loss at the seat of the pants. Maybe a stock truck will feel the power loss more. According to the numbers, these wheels should affect performance about the same as changing from 3.73 gears to 3.55s and tossing a couple of sandbags in the back of the truck.

The braking isn't noticeably reduced either. That's entirely subjective; since, I didn't do any before and after testing. On a race course, I'm sure there would be a noticeable difference. I have stainless steel brake lines, Hawk pads all the way around, and Power Slot rotors installed. I think bigger brakes and 4.56 gears are in my future. 4.56s will be very close to the equivalent of going to 4.10s from 3.55s with the tire diameter I have. Screw fuel mileage.

quick question
this is a 5x5 bolt pattern right (i have a 00 f150)

now i have a 3/4 drop so a 285 35 22 would not work with a 3/4 drop?

the truck has 255 55 18 front now which is 29 inches tall and a 285 50 18 rear which is 29.2 and doesnt rub at all

285 35 22 is 29.9 tall so you guys say it should rub bad?

I hope you mean 80 lbs with the tire on!

The stock wheels only weigh 35 lbs or so without the tire, 70-75 lbs with the tire.

They look sweet but I could not put almost 400 lbs of weight on my L. They have to be like an anchor.
