anybody here know if ford can check the coils while they are out of the truck? i have them out and dont want to put them back in if i got bad ones and will have to replace them anyway

if they were in you'd just halfto unplug it for a sec.

 

It can be done in or out of the vehicle. Reference a Chilton's manual and it tells you how to do it with a voltmeter.

it's like a 9 volt battery, just use your tongue

 

ill ship them to you then and you check them for me
