Predator problems

Hey guys i have no idea what to do know. What happened, i bought a predator and i got a custome tune from jhonny. Then i added more mods to my truck and i needed another tune. So i called Sal and they said to e-mail them my original back up tune and the list of mods. So today i got my new tune, downloaded it from the PC to my predator and when i went to install my new tune on the truck its said i couldnt do that because i already have a performance tune on it????? So i checked the last tuned written on the truck and it says "Original Back up tune". I dont know what to do.

any ideas?

Thanks,
miguel

Try reinstalling you original stock file again. If it takes the Pred will no longer have any custom tune in it. Instead it will have the "performance tunes" installed. Now go to you're PC and reload you PSP custom tune into the Pred. Then load it into you L.

Corrupted File

Having a custom tune on you pcm should not prevent you from loading a new custom tune. I've done it many times.
I've had problems downloading and uploading files from my computer. Sometimes the file gets corrupted and the Bolt won't start. The Preditor then starts acting like a jilted lover. Hears ya knockin but won't let you in.
I've learned to keep the password for the Preditor handy. It once happened a mile from the house, good thing it was a nice day for a walk. That was the last time I didn't have the password in the truck.
I believe the problem is just another glitch that can be laid at Bill Gate's door. Some quirk in the interface between the Preditor software and windows or to be specific the usb to serial driver.

Been to the track lately Birdy? I'm planning to head to WFC8 next week.

It has been my experience that the same password never works twice. The password is different everytime.

Went yesterday and ran a 12.68 on F1s in a 17mph headwind and 65* air. Some slicks and better weather will net me some 12.3s or 12.4s I'm sure.
