Dynojet WBC ?

Hey Guys,

I've searched but havent found an answer.
I installed the WBC and changed all the settings with no problem.
The TPS and RPM readings are fine. But my A/F readings stay at 14.8 the whole time.

I have read other posts and their website and i see a mention of the 2 separate grounds but supposedly that only affects the TPS signal, not the 02 signal.

Has anybody come across this problem?

Thanks,

IT should stay in the 14.8 range when cruising, but when you hit boost it should shoot down.

Are you su re that you are getting power? Make sure all the connections on the box are plugged in fully. If you started the truck with no power to the box you could have ruined the 02 Sensor.

I installed the O2 sensor after i had everything plugged in. It seems to have power, i added a switch for the dataloging and that works.

The weird thing is that i tried unplugging the O2 sensor with the ignition off, then turned the ignition to the ACC position and it still reads 14.8. Everything else seems to be working correctly though.

Tomorrow morning on my way to work im going to get on it a few times and see what happens.

Thanks for the reply.

Mine got stuck once or twice, but it always moves. Even when cruising it bounces between 14.5 and 15.

If it doesn't move at all you have a prob. when I first did my install I had power to the box, but the cable that plugs into the guage was loose at the box and causing it not to read.

Ok, just got done doing some WOT testing.

The gauge doesnt move from 14.8 and neither does the software on my laptop. I tried datalogging directly to the WBC and that also showed the A/F not moving from 14.8.

I went ahead and unplugged the O2 sensor and started the truck up for a few seconds and the gauge/software still showed 14.8.

Im getting in touch with DYnojet to see whats up.

Okay, problem fixed. Spoke with Dynojet and it was an ID10T error.

It is one nice A/F setup.
