Yes it sure did!
I've had the wheels on for a day now and I haven't heard any noises. I'm switching back to the stock wheels tomorrow probably... I'm gonna switch the fronts w/ the rears this time and I'll see what happens.

I don't know if your clicking noise was with Welds, or stock, but I have had the clicking noise with Welds before on my mustang, and tightening the lugs more either reduced, or eliminated it.

The noise isn't there at all w/ the welds. I'm switching back over to my stock wheels today, so we'll see what happens.

that is strange maybe there was a head wind ?? I trap 107-109 ( with hoosiers) depending on weather with the same mods except for my ported eaton. 12.76 and I'm guessing about a 1.95 60 ??? you should have seen 106-107 you would think.

when I had just a 4lb and a tune before my ported eaton I trapped 106.......with hoosiers

Yeah I thought I'd be trapping at a higher mph.. All 4 of my runs that night were in the 103 range.
On the 12.76 run my 60' was 1.85

1.85, thats a great launch my best is 1.89....on a 12.58@109.11, I had a 12.60@ 108.87 1.95 60 earlier that night..

Talk to JDM about your MPH, see what they say.....maybe it was the weather conditions......Try again this weekend

I'm gonna try again after the line lock gets installed... maybe I'll try the race tune next time, too.
I guess it's possible it was the weather... either way I still ran a 12 so I'm at least somewhat happy with the truck.

If Dan is installing your line lock this weekend, then maybe he'll be Zainoing my truck too?

You should be able to get 1.7's with those tires with no problem. I ran consistant 1.7's and trapped in the 113's running 18 psi. If you deep staged, it will bring your MPH down a bit as well.

Also try going to Atco one night or weekend.

Now that the predicatable leg humping has resumed, all seems to be well again.
