Thumbs up Sebring Video

Well, I didn't know the line very well, as it turns out,
but that didn't stop me from having a blast !!!

I think I hear the plugs going on the ULLMANN
straight when it didn't shift early enuff. I think
that's because of the smaller tires ... I need to fix
that in the tune. It wouldn't run over 100 after that ...

Plus I was sick as a dog ...

Too bad I couldn't keep up with the Cobras
with only six cylinders firing ...

Right Click and Save As ...

PS... All the above are legitimate EXCUSES aren't they? < grin >

Hey I was there, but I only talked with a guy in a silver L. Is that you? He told me he had a K&N intake system and a chip and made 425hp!

Anyways, That was the only L I say run on Sat. I could not make it on Sunday.

Stan, I think that thing is over 4,000 ft ... but I just
can't find it anywhere. The turns at the end are
a very wicked compound thing called Sunset Bend,
and in the evening it's hell to see where you're going.

All in all a very nice course. I also stayed at a very interesting
historical building (Kenilworth Inn) where all the drivers stayed
over the years. It was built in 1916 by Mr. Sebring to give
the visitors a place to come for the winter and was literally
the only place in town. All the drivers like Graham Hill and
all those guys stayed there. Very OLD......

Congrats on your purfect run, too ... Looks like we both had
a great weekend ....

Later, Cliff

Here's the course ... Sebring Map

Cliff

Thanks for sharing the video. I was part of the "Sebring Infield" party-er's from the mid 70's till the 80's. Growing up in the area, and being a hp nut, Sebring and Daytona where the places too be. Especially if you liked to see/hear the high hp cars you could never own.... :-)
Now, here's a vehicle that's, in my garage, running the sebring curcuit.....Thats too cool. While my pursuirts of speed may have changed, I still appreaciate any vehicle that turns heads!!! And can kick any new Yorkers ***
