Any lightnings up for any races in central NJ, let me know lol, i have a 99 grand prix GTP would be cool to meet up with some of you guys with the modified trucks.... Theres a group called lol, controlled insanity, that im not part of but they hang out near cherry hill mall most sunday nights. Lots of ls1s, cobras, some trucks show up for a couple hours to shoot the crap. Would be cool to have a couple extras come out sometime.

yeah i dont think there are any L's at all running around in NJ I'm all the way on the left coast though. What all did you do to the GTP to get it that quick?

 

What the hell did you do to get a GTP to go 12.2? Everyone I know has only topped out at low 13's.


Come to Fuddruckers next on rt1 next tuesday (5/3), or Gabrielle's in Piscataway tomorrow night (4/27). There will be a few fast trucks, mustangs and 1 GTP.

 

Englishtown Raceway Park, Wed Nights, open drag night.

If it doesn't rain, i'll be there. Race in a controlled environment, with safty personal on hand. Well worth the $20.

Street racing, totally ***** out, sucks.

I'm only 15 minutes away, so maybe i'll go both nights.

What time do you plan on getting there? It'd be cool to catch up with some other Lightning's.

I have to go to my friend's state police graduation... but I should be home by 3ish, so I'm planning to head there around 5 or 6.

I have some associates here in Detroit who have 1,400 RW Hp grand nationals.

They have a couple that are sleepers and look like just a clean old home boy's car.

They have the big stuff / Fast controlers data loggers, and stand alone fuel systems.

One of them has the passenger seat covered with electronics.

Its been a long since I have been there, but is Island Dragway still open in Jersey? Is it anygood?

 

I haven't been to Island since I had my jr. dragster... so the last time I was there had to be 7 or 8 years ago

 

Hopefully I will be at E-town Friday night also. Going for a #. RobG should be there also. He is visiting from the windy city.
