This light came on and displayed the following codes below. I've disconnected my battery for days and left the headlights on as well to clearly erase these codes. After reconnecting, the truck starts and drives fine, but after driving for about 30 minutes, the light comes back on again. The trucks feels fine. It does appear to miss slightly under normal driving condition and the fuel filter has not been changed in about 12k miles. Could this cause the code readings below. If not, what are some malfunctions that could cause this?

lean on bank 1 and 2. try changing your fuel filter first

 

I would check the little vacuume hoses that goes to the intake elbo. If not that I would clean the MAF sensor with some electrical contact cleaner. (this same thing happened to me)

i had those codes before it ended up being my coil pack #4 my intake was also leaking took it in had intercooler upgraded i haven't had anymore problems with coilpacks
